How to Create a Service Health KPI

After choosing all the monitoring components that you want to focus on, you have the option to save and use this as a saved view KPI

1. Clicking on the Save icon will allow you to create a specific view of your chosen metrics/events.

2. Fill in the required details and click on the "+" icon.

3. A pop-up message will confirm that the saved view has been created. Click OK to proceed.

4. The saved KPI can be found back in the main grid. Click on the saved KPI to give you access to all the relevant charts that you're interested in the system.

5. In case you want to add another component, click on the Edit icon and choose the specific metric(s) before saving. A pop-up message will confirm that the KPI has been updated.

How to Send KPI Reports via Email

Health reports can be scheduled to be sent to your mailbox as an HTML, CSV, or PDF file.

1. In the saved KPI, click on the Define/Submit Report icon.

2. In the Create Report page, choose the output type, either PDF, CSV, or HTML, using the drop-down button.

3. Choose the Step Time Scale.

4. Choose the target Range.

5. Choose the Delivery Target to whom you want to send the report via email using the drop-down button.

6. Choose the Delivery Message format, either HTML or plain text, using the drop-down button and optionally add comments.

7. Click the "+" icon to complete the creation of the report.

8. A pop-up message will confirm that the report has been submitted and sent to the user's email.
