IT-Conductor supports the scheduling of reports using the standard scheduling mechanism.
How to Create Scheduled Reports
Follow this instruction to create or test new reports that you need to run frequently.
Navigate to My Objects → My Process Definition.

Click the “+” icon.

Enter the name and owner of the new Process Definition and click on the “+” sign to save.

Select the newly created Process Definition and click on the Graphical Process Composer icon.
From the left menu, select the Report option and drag it to the center of the screen.

You will be prompted with the same screen from the previous section where you need to fill in the following details:
Name and Description
Time Windows Begin/End - Date for when the Report is ON (active)
Owner - override instance owner; the schedule's owner is used by default.
Removal Age - override the removal age of the instance. If not specified, use the definition's removal age. If the definition removal age is not specified, use the number of days since the last scheduled run.
Output Type, Page Size, and Page Margin for the report’s format
Git Repository, Report File - Select a file from the Git Repository from the list, then select a report from the Report File. The list of reports depends on the file you selected from the Git repository.
Delivery Recipients, Sender, and Subject

Click the “+” or the Save icon to save your report.
You can choose to schedule these reports daily, weekly, monthly, or at a custom frequency by creating a schedule for the reports.
How to Define Operating Schedules
1. In the IT-Conductor main menu, navigate to Management → Automation → Schedules.

2. Click the "+" icon to define a schedule in your tenant.

3. Provide the necessary information and click on the Finish icon to proceed in creating a schedule.
Define Specific Days, Time Window, and Formula for when the Schedule is ON (active).
Define how the process/report instance is created.
Instance Owner - override instance owner; the schedule's owner is used by default.
Instance Removal Age - override the removal age of the instance. If not specified, use the definition's removal age. If the definition removal age is not specified, use the number of days since the last scheduled run.
Define what context object is used for the Report instance creation. Instance object(s) selection is controlled by the value of the Context Mode attribute.
Single - uses a specific context object.
Enumerate - uses search criteria to enumerate context objects and instantiate process/report definition for each matching object.

4. After creating the schedule, you can assign reports and other process definitions.
Note:
It is important to understand that while the schedule can be ON (active) for a prolonged interval during the day, the creation of the report instances (based on definitions) only takes place the first time the day it becomes active.
All time calculations are based on the schedule owner's time zone.
How to Assign a Report Definition to a Schedule
In the IT-Conductor main menu, navigate to Management → Automation → Report Definitions.

The page will show the list of all the tenant report definitions. Click on the Report Definition icon to display the object menu and select the Edit Schedules option. You can also click on the Schedule icon under the Tools option to display a list of Schedules the Report Definition is/can be assigned.

Check the schedules the report should be assigned to and click Save.

How to Set Report on Maintenance Mode
Navigate to My Objects → My Schedules.

Select an existing schedule.

Check the box next to “Maintenance” or the “Turn on Maintenance Mode” button and hit the Save button to set the schedule on maintenance mode.
