License Expired

Symptom

Upon creating a new configuration, the license expiry date shows 00.00.0000.

Cause

Your IT-Conductor FLUX trial has ended. IT-Conductor offers a 30-day trial to freely try the tool. After the 30-day mark, the value in the License Expiry field will turn to 00.00.0000

Resolution

• Contact the IT-Conductor Support Team via a ticket to request a new product key.

• Once you have received the email with the new product key, navigate to FLUX on your SAP environment.

• Click on Settings

• Click on the checkmark.
