# License Expired
### **Symptom**
Upon creating a new configuration, the license expiry date shows 00.00.0000.

### **Environment**
All SAP environments
### **Cause**
Your IT-Conductor FLUX trial has ended. IT-Conductor offers a 30-day trial to freely try the tool. After the 30-day mark, the value in the **License Expiry** field will turn to 00.00.0000
### **Resolution**
* Contact the IT-Conductor Support Team via a ticket to request a new product key.
* Once you have received the email with the new product key, navigate to FLUX on your SAP environment.
* Click on **Settings**

* Select **Product Key** and enter the new key.
* Click on the checkmark.
