Creating User Notification Targets

Users can choose and combine multiple methods of notifications. This is accomplished by configuring the Notification Targets.

How to Configure Notification Targets

1. In the IT-Conductor main menu, navigate to Management → Security → People.

2. Choose the user name you want to edit.

3.) Click the "@" icon to modify the notification targets.

Adding SMTP target

1. Click on the "+" icon to add a new target.

2. Provide the necessary information to proceed to add the target. Once done, click on the "+" icon to complete the process.

• Provider: SMTP

• Address: The email address

• Format: Long

• Enabled: Checked

Adding SMS target

1. Click on the "+" icon to add a new target.

2. Provide the necessary information to proceed to add the target. Once done, click on the "+" icon to complete the process.

• Provider: SMS

• Address: phone number in the following format: +<country code><full number including area code>, for example in the US - [phone], in Singapore: [phone]

• Format: Short

• Enabled: Checked
