Users can choose and combine multiple methods of notifications. This is accomplished by configuring the Notification Targets.
Configure Notification Targets
1. In the IT-Conductor main menu, navigate to Management → Security → People.

2. Choose the user name you want to edit.

3.) Click the "@" icon to modify the notification targets.

Adding SMTP target
1. Click on the "+" icon to add a new target.

2. Provide the necessary information to proceed to add the target. Once done, click on the "+" icon to complete the process.
Provider: SMTP
Address: The email address
Format: Long
Enabled: Checked
